CAIO TERRA’S MODERN JIU-JITSU
The Mount position is one of the most dominant positions to attack and finish your opponent. Maintaining proper control and having a series of attacks in your arsenal will give you a powerful BJJ game. Caio teaches his attacks from the top position and his defenses from the bottom position.
Escaping and defending the mount is key to finding your confidence and staying relaxed while training and competing. Caio shows you how to reverse a bad situation and turn it into an advantage. Caio teaches his unique approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, revealing details and secrets that make his style so effective. Each technique is covered from every angle in slow motion and real time, close-up, medium and wide shots capture everything in stunning HD. The positions are broken down by Caio to insure you understand the principles AND the mechanics of each move.
Caio believes that one must master the beginning levels without developing bad habits to be able to move on to the more advanced levels successfully. It’s hard to argue with someone who received his black belt in three years and then went on to win the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, Pan American Championship and World No-Gi Championship all at the black belt level! In this first of a series, “Level One”, Caio covers all the positions for the beginner and intermediate Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Of course there is something for all levels.
Caio Terrra’s new DVD set and Mobile App series is a game changer.
